Bravo's Gunfighter charging handle and extended latches feature internal redesigns to direct the force off of the roll pin and into the body of the charging handle during support-hand only manipulations. This design makes the charging handle stronger and less prone to latch breakage. The body of the charging handle is made from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Mil-Spec Type III Class 2 hard coat anodized finish. It has an extruded latching handle and is Mod 4 (Medium) latch. This handle is made for 5.56mm and is ambidextrous.
